Information we collect
When you request a project, we may collect your name, business contact details, company and VAT information, property links, project instructions, transfer links, photos, logos and other media you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess a request, prepare a quote, produce and deliver the agreed video, communicate about revisions, invoice the work, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Service providers
We may use hosting, cloud storage, email, payment and AI production providers where necessary to deliver the service. Stripe processes payments, billing details, tax identifiers and related fraud-prevention data on our behalf. Vistura.AI does not receive or store complete payment-card details. Only the information needed for each purpose is shared. Project media is not published publicly without client approval.
Payments and invoices
When a project is approved for payment, Stripe may collect the customer's name, email address, company name, billing address, VAT identification number and payment information. We use Stripe's payment status, invoice and receipt information to confirm orders, begin production, handle refunds, maintain accounting records and respond to payment disputes.
Retention and security
Enquiry data is retained only as long as reasonably required for sales follow-up and legal obligations. Production files may be retained for a limited period to support delivery and revisions, after which they may be deleted unless a longer archive is agreed.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact info@vistura.ai to make a request.
International processing
Some technical providers may process data outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
