Orders and payment

A submitted request is not a binding order. Production begins after Vistura.AI confirms the brief, availability and price, and receives the agreed payment in full. Payments may be processed through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable VAT treatment depends on the customer, location and valid tax information supplied at checkout.

Electronic invoices and payment

The client must provide accurate legal name, billing address and tax information. Electronic invoices and payment receipts may be issued through Stripe. Where reverse charge applies, the client must provide a valid VAT identification number before the invoice is finalised. A payment is complete only when Stripe confirms that the funds have been successfully collected.

Client material and permissions

The client confirms that it owns the supplied photos, video, logos, music and text or has permission to use them for production and property marketing. The client is responsible for claims arising from material supplied without the necessary rights.

AI-generated output

AI-generated motion is interpretive and may contain minor visual variations. Vistura.AI reviews output for reasonable quality but does not guarantee an exact reconstruction of unseen rooms, dimensions, views or architectural details. Videos must not be presented as a substitute for an in-person inspection or verified property information.

Delivery and revisions

The production start is confirmed after full payment and receipt of all required material. The first preview is typically ready within two business days of that confirmed start. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Cyprus public holidays. Any priority deadline is agreed before payment. Final delivery follows client approval and any included revisions. Each package includes only the stated number of creative revisions. A revision means reasonable changes to the existing edit; new photos, a changed brief or additional formats may require a separate quote. We correct technical defects in our work, including serious AI distortion, without using the creative revision allowance. We notify the client promptly if an agreed deadline is at risk and discuss a revised date or appropriate cancellation.

Cancellation

Because generation and editing costs are incurred when production starts, completed work and production already performed are non-refundable except where required by law. Any discretionary refund or credit is confirmed in writing.

Monthly Partner plan

The Monthly Partner plan renews monthly and is charged at the start of each service period. It includes five Professional tours per paid month. Unused tours do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Additional tours are charged separately at the current agreed rate. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. New production may be paused while a subscription payment is overdue or unsuccessful.

Payment disputes

The client should contact Vistura.AI promptly about any billing concern before initiating a payment dispute. Vistura.AI may provide the accepted brief, terms, project correspondence, production records and delivery evidence to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.

Publication and portfolio use

Vistura.AI does not publish client property media externally without approval. Portfolio or promotional use requires separate permission from the client.

Liability

The client remains responsible for the accuracy of listing claims and final publication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vistura.AI's liability relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
